Have you ever wanted a personal cheerleader who is both knowledgeable and encouraging? Claudia is your woman! I generally understand nutrition and what I should be eating but she helped me to make some common sense changes to my diet. It also helps tremendously to be accountable to someone on a regular basis when you have a large number of social events on the horizon! One of my personal issues is a “all or nothing” attitude about food. Claudia recommends an 80/20 rule, and gently reminds me that as long as I stick to this lifelong approach to eating there is no reason that I can’t eat or drink anything I want.
